I am a proud U.S. military veteran with a unique background that allows me to truly understand and advocate for fellow veterans seeking Social Security Disability benefits.

I served in the enlisted ranks as a U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman (Fleet Marine Force), where I acted as the lead medical provider for a U.S. Marine Corps infantry company, treating sick and injured Sailors and Marines in demanding environments. Later, as a commissioned officer in the National Guard and U.S. Army Reserves, I served as a Judge Advocate (JAG), providing legal assistance to service members and veterans nationwide and representing Soldiers as Defense Counsel in misconduct cases.

Caring for and advocating on behalf of those who have served our country is at the very core of who I am. The veteran community means everything to me—whether you served a single enlistment or completed multiple deployments and earned a 20-year retirement letter.

My professional experience includes working directly for the Social Security Administration as a staff attorney. This insider perspective, combined with my deep understanding of veterans' issues and the VA health care system, allows me to navigate Social Security Disability law with exceptional skill and dedication.

If you are a veteran pursuing Social Security Disability benefits, I will fight tirelessly to help you achieve the best possible outcome.

Important Information About My Practice: I am licensed to practice law only in Ohio and Pennsylvania. This means I cannot handle state-law matters outside of those two states. However, Social Security Disability is a federal program administered uniformly across the entire United States. As a result, I am able to represent veterans in Social Security Disability claims no matter where you live in the country.

Fellow veterans: Please feel free to share this page with our veteran brothers and sisters in arms who may need help with their Social Security Disability claims.
